The Robin is named after family friend, the late architect Robin Walker who, like Lucy's father Desmond Downes, wore them in the 1970's with flair. It is a chunky textured knit vest with a high V neck. For Spring Summer 2023 we've remade it in a NEW blend of Lambswool and Cashmere from Todd and Duncan, Scotland to emphasise the rustic, nostalgic nature of the look and ease the eye-watering price. The chunky purl stitch has a hand-made texture yet is ultra soft, warm without heaviness. It has an arty, androgynous feel and the short, boxy shape makes it perfect for layering over a loose shirt.
