The Mizen is a hand knit sweater featuring a complex stitch known as the Bramble, Blackberry or Trinity stitch. It is used a lot in traditional Irish hand knitting. Modernised here in a Peruvian baby alpaca blend, it has a featherweight warmth while keeping all of the delightful texture. The generous body and stand away neckline with dropped shoulder leads to sculptural volume and drape. The deep texture of this piece looks great contrasted against shiny leather or velvet.
