RETURNS

We are happy to refund or exchange any purchases within 14 working days from delivery. All returns must be sent via courier or registered mail with the original shipping materials and original shipping invoice included.

Only unused products in their original condition will be refunded. We will refund the paid amount with the exception of any shipping charges that may have been applied to your order (listed separately on your invoice). We are unable to refund any shipping fees incurred for the return itself. In order to return a purchase, please contact info@sphereone.ie within 14 days of your purchase.

For returns from outside the Republic of Ireland and EU please mark your shipment as ‘Irish Returned Goods’ on any customs or postal forms.

Please note: goods that are returned to us in a used or damaged state will be returned to customers at their own cost.
